Refund policy

Here at Speedy Plates we provide the highest level of quality.  All our plates are hand built in the UK and individually inspected before being dispatched.  Should you receive your plates damaged or with any mistakes we will be happy to replace them or refund you.

Unfortunately we cannot replace or refund any plates outside of these conditions as each order is custom built and cannot be re-sold. 

Cancelling Orders 

Once your order has been made unfortunately we are unable to cancel your order due to the fast turnaround, plates are made quickly and are unable to be re-sold. However any fixing kits or non-customisable products on the order can be cancelled and refunded. If you have made a mistake when completing your order, please contact us and we will advise if anything can be done.
