Shipping policy

FREE POSTAGE 

All orders will be sent out on the same day if your order is placed before 2pm UK time. Orders after 2pm will be sent the following day. 

All orders containing number plates will be sent out with EVRI next day service. Please bear in mind once your order has been booked in for next day delivery service and has been dropped into a EVRI store it it sometimes not collected by EVRI themselves till the following day meaning it can take longer for you to receive your order.

Orders containing smaller items are sometimes posted through other courier services with similar arrival times.

If Your Order Doesn't Arrive 

In the unlikely event your order doesn't arrive due to an issues with the courier please allow 7 working days from when the parcel was originally supposed to be delivered to allow the courier to deliver the item. If your order doesn't arrive after this period we will either re-fund or replace. 

Please note if the tracking information is showing you haven't received your order due to missing the delivery 3 times or more, you will not be eligible for re-fund or replacement and will have to re-pay to have the order delivered again.
